Digital Products (Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

Print Books

Print books may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
